The Sonora Boat Quiver is Shimano’s entry-level bolentino and bottom legering technique rod. Offering almost unbelievable value for money, the Sonora is built on a composite blank with a solid tip for sensitivity. Rated for weights between 50 - 150g, this is a stunning rod for such a small cost.

Designed with a sensitive solid tip and rated to a casting weight of between 50 - 150g, the versatile performance of the Sonora will give years of fun filled fishing sessions and is the ideal starting point for a young or inexperienced angler’s passion.
The composite blank of the Sonora Boat Quiver has a moderate action suitable for fishing bolentino and bottom legering styles in shallow and medium depths. Available in three lengths (1.50m, 1.80m, 2.10m), and supplied with a fixed solid glass fibre tip for sensitivity, it makes a great first rod for young or inexperienced anglers wishing to try this exciting Mediterranean style of fishing. Fitted with quality Shimano Hardlite guides, a versatile DPS reel seat that will accommodate a wide range of reel sizes and a comfortable EVA handle.
