ORDER CONTENTS

1. FREE STANDARD DELIVERY

Free standard delivery will be processed and delivered within 3 - 5 working days, utilising a 48-hour service. This offer applies to all UK mainland orders exceeding £25.

Orders submitted during weekends or bank holidays will be handled on the subsequent available working day. This includes bank holidays, Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and Easter weekend.

Our couriers operate exclusively on working days. Therefore, orders dispatched on a Friday are anticipated to be delivered the following week, typically within 2 - 3 working days. Courier deliveries are conducted 7am - 9pm.

2. NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Next day delivery orders placed before 11am will be dispatched on the same day. Next day delivery orders placed after 11am will be dispatched on the next working day.

Unfortunately, next day delivery is unavailable for these specific products. An estimated delivery turnaround of 3 - 5 working days is required to receive them.

Our couriers do not operate during weekends, meaning any orders after 11am Friday will not be collected until Monday and will then be expected to be delivered on Tuesday.

In the presence of a preorder item in your order, there may be a delay in the shipping date. Please review your confirmation email, and if a preorder is identified, contact our Customer Service team at info@totalfishingtackle.com promptly. Authorisation for partial dispatch of your order is required. Failure to contact us will result in the dispatch of the entire order when the preorder item becomes available. While we make every effort to expedite order delivery, we have limited control over the parcel's delivery timeframe once it is in the possession of the courier.

4. NON-UK MAINLAND DELIVERY

Orders Under £50: £5

Unfortunately, we do not ship to Jersey (JE) or Guernsey (GY).

5. EU DELIVERY

We ship to the EU using Global-E. Please refer to their website for further information.

6. DELIVERY INFORMATION

All tracked orders will receive a unique tracking number for parcel monitoring, which will be shared via email upon order dispatch.

Acceptable proof of delivery includes at least one of the following:

GPS location of the delivery
Picture of the delivery
Customer signature

If you inform us that the delivery photo does not match a location on or near your delivery address, we may request a photo of your address showing the door number, house name, or business name as evidence for a claim with the courier. For customers with a Ring or other video-enabled doorbell, we may ask for event history or footage recorded around the delivery time provided by the courier as part of the evidence for a claim.

In the event that a courier is unable to assist with a lost or missing parcel claim, we will require you to fill out and sign a dispute form. If the dispute form is not returned within 3 working days of it being sent, the claim will be closed, and no refund or replacement will be issued.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, a calling card may be left, and the parcel will be redirected to the local depot. The recipient is responsible for promptly contacting the depot to arrange re-delivery or collection.

Should the estimated delivery date pass, please allow a few additional days, especially during busy periods. Our couriers make every effort to deliver on time; therefore, we recommend regularly monitoring the tracking link. If, under unlikely circumstances, your order does not arrive, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance.

Courier investigations may take up to 10 working days for resolution. Total Fishing Tackle works closely with couriers to expedite this process. As we rely on third-party courier services, there may be occasional delays beyond our control. In such cases, Total Fishing Tackle cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.

Please note that delivery charge refunds will not be issued if couriers do not deliver items on the expected delivery date. For security reasons, delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed.

7. COLLECT IN STORE

Collect in store is a free service available for any order size. Kindly allow a minimum of 2 hours after placing your order for us to pick and pack your items. For bait boat orders with added fish finders/GPS’, please provide a contact number for our team to notify you upon readiness.

All orders will be held for a maximum of 7 days. Failure to collect within this period will result in order cancellation, and a refund will be issued.

Upon collection of items purchased from our website, please remember to bring along a form of identification that displays your full name and address. If your purchase is facilitated through Klarna, we kindly ask for the provision of two forms of identification, one with a photograph and the other confirming your full name and address.

10. XTRA

XTRA subscribers who spend a minimum of £10 are eligible for XTRA Next Day Delivery. These orders are prioritised over standard next day delivery orders.

Upon subscribing to XTRA, it is your responsibility to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Any violation of these terms will result in the immediate termination of your membership, and no refund will be issued. Total Fishing Tackle retains the right to accept or refuse membership and holds the authority to modify any terms and conditions at its discretion. Notification will be provided for any significant changes to these terms and conditions. All other applicable terms and conditions remain in effect.

11. ORDER CONTENTS

Upon receiving your order, promptly inspect the contents. In case of any issues, contact us immediately. Ensure you inspect the contents either in the presence of the courier or sign the receipt as "unchecked". Notify and report any damages to the courier, insisting on documenting damages on the docket before their departure.

For your protection in cases of damaged or missing items, take photos or videos of the packaging and the unboxing process upon your parcel's arrival. Failure to provide such documentation may impact your ability to claim.

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days post the confirmation of dispatch email, inform us at info@totalfishingtackle.com.

We do not accept returns solely for damaged packaging; claims should pertain to the item itself.

A 14-day window from the dispatch date is allocated to initiate investigations and claims for lost or missing parcels. Failure to contact us within this timeframe exempts us from liability for refunds or any costs associated with a replacement order.
