COLLECT IN STORE

Collect in Store is a free service that we offer for any size order. Please allow us at least 2 hours after ordering so we can pick and pack your products, ready for your arrival. With bait boat orders where a fish finder/GPS is added, please provide a contact number so our team can call you once ready, as these will sometimes require longer but will be processed as quickly as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL ORDERS WILL BE HELD FOR A MAXIMUM OF 7 DAYS. IF THEY ARE NOT COLLECTED WITHIN THIS TIME PERIOD, THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AND THE MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.

TFT XTRA

Anyone who has a TFT XTRA subscription will be eligible for free Next Day Delivery on all orders. This costs just £12 for 12 months and is prioritised over normal Next Day Delivery shipments during busy times.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR USING TFT XTRA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ANY BREACH WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. TOTAL FISHING TACKLE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REFUSE MEMBERSHIP AND TO CHANGE ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT THEIR DISCRETION. DELAYS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL

Total Fishing Tackle will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond Total Fishing Tackle’s reasonable control.

FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Free Standard Delivery will be dispatched on a 2 - 3 working day delivery service and applies to all UK mainland orders over £25.

All orders placed during a weekend or bank holiday will be processed on the next available working day. This includes all bank holiday Mondays, Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, and Easter weekend.

PLEASE NOTE: OUR COURIERS ONLY DELIVER DURING WORKING DAYS SO ALL ORDER DISPATCHED ON A FRIDAY SHOULD BE DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING WEEK WITHIN 2 - 3 WORKING DAYS AS QUOTED ABOVE. OUR COURIERS DELIVER 7AM - 7PM.


NEXT DAY DELIVERY

All Next Day Delivery orders (regardless of size) placed before 11am will be dispatched that same working day.

All orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be processed the next working day, which will be a Monday (except for a bank holiday in which case this will be a Tuesday).

PLEASE NOTE: IF THERE IS A PREORDER OR BACKORDER ITEM ON YOUR ORDER, THIS MAY DELAY THE SHIPPING DATE. OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH YOU IN THIS INSTANCE TO ARRANGE THE DISPATCH.


DELIVERY INFO

All tracked orders will be provided with a unique tracking number which allows you to track your parcel. This will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. A signature will be required upon the delivery of your product(s). If no one is available to take the delivery, a calling card will be left and the parcel will be taken to your local depot. The recipient of the parcel must then contact the depot as soon as possible to arrange re-delivery or collection.

If the estimated delivery date has passed, please give us a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy periods). Our couriers are always doing their best to get your order to you on time, so make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates. If in the unlikely event that your order still doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 30 days of your estimated delivery date and we will do our best to help you. Please be aware that if a courier investigation needs to take place, this can take up to 10 working days to process and get to a resolution. Our Customer Service team will work with the couriers to get to a resolution as quickly as they can.

Total Fishing Tackle relies upon the services of third-party couriers, and while we endeavour to ensure you get your goods on the service you pay for, there can be occasions when the couriers let us down and do not deliver within the specified delivery time. On the rare occasion that this does happen, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. For the avoidance of doubt, Total Fishing Tackle will not refund any delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the anticipated delivery date.


PROBLEMS WITH ORDER CONTENTS

The contents of your order should be checked immediately after taking delivery. Please contact us straight away if there are any problems, and make sure you either check the contents whilst the courier is present, or sign unchecked. Identify and report any damaged boxes to the courier and insist that a note is made of any such damages on the docket before the courier leaves.

When your parcel arrives, please take photos of the packaging and photos or video of you opening it. This covers you in case of damaged or missing items. Without these you won't be able to claim.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR DAMAGED PACKAGING, ONLY THE ITEM ITSELF.

If you have not received your parcel 5 working days after receipt of the confirmation of dispatch email, you will need to let us know at [email protected].

PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY HAVE 14 DAYS TO START AN INVESTIGATION AND CLAIM FOR LOST OR MISSING PARCELS FROM THE DATE OF DISPATCH. IF YOU FAIL TO CONTACT US WITHIN THIS TIMEFRAME, WE CANNOT BE LIABLE FOR REFUNDS OR ANY COSTS OF A REPLACEMENT ORDER.
