We are working with Global-E to allow us to reopen to the EU, here is everything you will need to know:
Orders Over €300 - FREE SHIPPING!
Orders under €300 - Delivery costs are calculated based on weight and dimensions of your parcel, this will be shown at the checkout.
Tax and duty is covered by the price of the product.
Delivery options will be dependent on your country, these will be visible at the checkout. All parcels will be shipped through DHL
All payments will be managed through Global-E, this means on your bank statements the payment will show to Global-E, not to Total Tackle. Your order is still with us so any enquires will still need to be made to us here.
You will have 30 days to return your order if it is unwanted, the 30 days will be calculated from the date your order was shipped. If your order is delayed between being shipped - delivered please contact us and we will look into this for you.
As part of the integration with Global-e Pro, we have integrated a returns portal which means it is easier than ever to process a return with us.
Global e offers few returns options, each of the options will generate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and a shipping label:
- Self-Postage Returns – this is the most basic returns option that will always appear in the Returns Portal. This option allows you as the customer to generate self-postage label that can be used with any shipper of your choice.
- Prepaid Courier Returns – a prepaid shipping label via DHL can be generated. The return will be routed directly to Total Fishing Tackle. The cost of the return will be shown in the Returns Portal, however you as the customer will not be charged at the point of creating a Return. Once the order is refunded, the prepaid return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
As stated in our returns policy – we will only cover returns postage if the item is faulty.
When you click on the portal; you will be presented with several questions which will configure on whether we cover the postage or if it will be deducted on your refund when we get the parcel back. The portal will generate your label and you will be able to download our returns form here.
