EU Orders

WE ARE NOW SHIPPING TO THE EU AGAIN

Total Fishing Tackle is now able to ship to the EU again and is working with Global-E to allow us to reopen to the EU. Here is everything you will need to know:

PROMO CODES & PROMOTIONS

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid in the UK only. By purchasing or receiving a gift voucher, you acknowledge and agree to these geographical limitations. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the usage of our gift vouchers, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected].

DELIVERY COST

Orders Over €300: €0
Orders under €300: Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your parcel and will be worked out at the checkout

Delivery options will be dependent on your country, these will be visible at the checkout. All parcels will be shipped through DHL

PLEASE NOTE: Tax and duty are covered by the price of the product.

PAYMENTS

All payments will be managed through Global-E. This means on your bank statements the payment will show to Global-E, not to Total Tackle. Your order is still with us, so any enquires will still need to be made to us here.

RETURNS

You will have 30 days to return your order if it is unwanted. The 30 days will be calculated from the date your order was shipped. If your order is delayed between being shipped and delivered, please contact us and we will look into this for you. As part of the integration with Global-e Pro, we have integrated a returns portal which means it is easier than ever to process a return with us.

Global-E offers a few return options. Each of these options will generate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) and a shipping label:

  • Self-Postage Returns: The most basic return option that will always appear in the Returns Portal. This option allows you as the customer to generate a self-postage label that can be used with any shipper of your choice.
  • Prepaid Courier Returns: A prepaid shipping label via DHL can be generated. The return will be routed directly to Total Fishing Tackle. The cost of the return will be shown in the returns portal. However, you will not be charged at the point of creating a Return. Once the order is refunded, the prepaid return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

As stated in our returns policy, we will only cover the returns postage if the item is faulty.

When you click on the portal, you will be presented with several questions which will configure whether we cover the postage, or if it will be deducted from your refund when we get the parcel back. The portal will generate your label and you will be able to download our returns form.
