  • Can I amend or cancel my order after I've placed it?

    Unfortunately, this is not possible. As soon as you place your order, the warehouse is straight onto it. If is something is urgent – please do let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve.

  • How can I return an unwanted item?

    You can open a return from the My Returns section within your account.

  • How much is delivery?

    Free Standard Delivery: Orders over £25

    UK Standard delivery (2-3 days): £5

    UK Next day delivery: £10

    UK Next day delivery before 12pm: £10

    Orders placed before 11am will be dispatched the same working day, all orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next working day, orders placed after 9am on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Please note our couriers only deliver on working days so all orders dispatched on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Our couriers deliver between 7am and 7pm.

    Please Note: Items over 1.5m in length will incur a £3.00 oversized surcharge to UK mainland customers. If you spend £150.00 in total during your transaction, the oversize item surcharge will not be charged.

  • I paid for next day delivery, why is it not here?

    All Orders placed before 11am will be dispatched that same working day. This applies for all orders which have been placed with next day delivery.

    All orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next working day.

    Orders placed after 11am on a Friday will be processed the next working day, which will be a Monday (in the exception of a bank holiday in which case this will be a Tuesday).

    UK Standard Delivery (2 - 3 days): £5

    UK Next Day Delivery: £10

    UK Next Day Delivery Before 12pm: £10

    This means that Next Day Delivery is not available for these products. We estimate a 2 – 3 working day delivery turnaround to get them to you.

  • I am missing an item from my order, what do I do?

    Our warehouse team sometimes ship orders in more than one parcel due to the difference size of products we sell for example: we ship rods in long carboard tubes for protection so if you order a rod and a reel – the rod will come in a tube and the reel will come in a separate package.

    If they have not been received together – the courier will follow with it within the next 2 working days.

  • I cannot track my order?

    Once you have received your tracking notification e-mail, this means your parcel has left our warehouse and is on its way to the delivery depot local to your area, the tracking information will not go live until the parcel is scanned into the receiving depot - this can take up to 12 hours from the dispatch e-mail notification.

  • How long does it take for a pre order item to come into stock?

    Due to the item being on pre-order; this means they are currently on pre-order for us too from the manufacture and it is a very rare occasion we are told an exact date of arrival.

    We keep all customers up to date however via email and if we do become aware of a date of arrival – everyone who has pre-ordered will be the first to know!
