Built on the hugely popular barbless Kaizen pattern, the Kaizen Barbed has been developed for anglers fishing natural waters where a barbed hook is the preferred choice. Designed with the same proven shape and hooking efficiency that made the original Kaizen so popular, this barbed version is the perfect option when targeting larger fish on natural waters; such as bream, skimmers, tench and carp.

Available in both spade and eyed versions, the Kaizen Barbed offers total versatility across a wide range of fishing styles. The spade end pattern is ideal for pole fishing and traditional feeder fishing, giving you a dependable hook for direct bait presentation and strong, secure hook holds. The eyed version is perfect for hair rigging baits such as worms, maggots and wafters, making it a superb choice for anglers wanting a strong, reliable hook for bigger natural-water species.

A key feature of the Kaizen Barbed is its high-performance PTFE coating, which helps keep the hook point razor sharp for longer. This ensures maximum point durability, improved penetration and more efficient hooking, all of which lead to more hooked fish and more fish in the net.

The Kaizen also features an offset point, designed to give you ultimate hook hold and reduce the chance of hook pulls during the fight. When targeting hard-fighting fish, this added security can make all the difference, helping you convert more bites into landed fish.
