The PENN Regiment IV Boat Travel five-piece rods are specially designed for the travelling angler. The five-piece construction ensures they have a super-short transport length, meaning they can easily fit inside a suitcase. They are also supplied with a Cordura hardcase tube for further protection in transit.
Each rod in this series is constructed from 30-ton carbon in combination with SLS3 technology, resulting in low weight and thin diameter blanks with incredible strength. These rods are designed to handle both braided and mono lines and are fitted with the best SeaGuide guides. The metal reel seat with locking nut ensures a secure hold for your reel even during fights with big fish.
