Wychwood - Riot Carp Rod FS XD

The new Riot range of carp rods have been created to offer amazing performance combined with the features and ultra-low key styled cosmetics you would normally only find on premium priced rods. The Riot range has evolved! with some huge technological advances in regards to weight, balance and diameter and controllable power.

    The Satin black none reflective finish of this high modular carbon blank is very minimalistic. Blending perfectly to the premium 1k carbon reinforced section and 1k machine cut line clip, before greeting the extremely functional black DPS screw lock reel seat, dressed with elegant gloss black collars. An ultra stylish, hard wearing and easy clean Japanese shrink wrapped handle, only exaggerates these refined, slender blanks further with a subtle flare at the butt. Finished off with a gun smoked laser etched butt cap. Ensures a positive grip, when you need it most.

        50mm ULW (Ultra-Light-Weight) guides on all 12/13ftft models, only enhances the Riots responsiveness, recovery speed and casting performance. Combined with oversized 16mm anti-frap tip guides help eliminate crack offs, frap ups and weed jams. Giving you more confidence and enabling you cast further and more acutely, more of the time. We have tuned two different playing and casting actions within the Riot Carp Rod range.

            AR (All-Rounder) offers you the best of both worlds, allowing you the forgiveness in the tip and mid-section, with plenty of power in reserve closer to the butt.

                XD (Extra Distance) is a much faster action, focused towards powerful casting, ideal for longer casting and solid bag fishing. Were you would require a stiffer mid and butt section to generate power with a crisp response tip.
