designed to withstand the most energetic strikes from predatory fish, the tough toad is a very realistic lure that could easily be mistaken for a real toad. it is made from a material called tpe tough tech (duratech) that is ultra-resistant. this lure floats and even when you pause, it remains perfectly on the surface and stays just as attractive. it features two curved « paddles tail » that give it a magnificent swimming action that does not leave big black-bass indifferent and that provokes explosive surface strikes. whether used on an unweighted Texas hook or mounted as a trailer on a jig, the tough toad is not only a very successful toad imitation but also a very high-performing lure.
