One-handed Remote Control
Like the other bait boat in the Rippton CatchX series, CatchX Mini GPS also has a one-handed remote control, allowing anglers to operate the bait boat with ease. The remote can set and save two task spots plus one home point, and perform tasks including auto-return to the home spot, navigating to the task, and dropping the bait.
Rippton Boat APP
The CatchX Mini GPS bait boat can also be controlled by the Rippton Boat App. The intuitive mobile app features a sleek user interface design. Instead of using a little dot for the bait boat, you can see a boat icon on your App interface and even the status of the hopper is shown. Anglers can easily navigate through the app to access various functions and settings, enhancing the user experience.
Dual Connectivity Options
The CatchX Mini GPS offers dual connectivity options with your mobile device: Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections. With this feature, anglers can connect the app to the bait boat and another sonar device simultaneously, or use the bait boat without losing accessibility to the mobile data.
Autopilot & Failsafe
With GPS positioning accuracy up to 1.5 meters, the CatchX Mini ensures precise navigation on the water. The autopilot feature coupled with a fail-safe mechanism adds an extra layer of safety and convenience. It allows anglers to focus on their fishing without worrying about boat control. The bait boat will return to the home spot if it loses signal or runs out of battery, which gives you peace of mind.
Fish Finder Connection
CatchX Mini GPS doesn’t come with a fish finder, nor is it fully integrated with the Rippton Hydrobat fish finder like CatchX Pro. However, it is equipped with a port for connecting sonar such as Rippton Hydrobat sonar or Deeper sonar. And the spot marking function, you can mark the spot either by tapping a flag icon on the app or pressing the button on the back of the remote if your sonar detects a fish or saving the spot directly as a task spot for dropping your bait.
