Korda - Essentials Krank X Hooks

The Korda Krank has become synonymous with catching carp, since Tom Dove first came up with the concept in 2014. Showcased across the world in shows like Monster Carp and countless Masterclass and Thinking Tackle films. The awesome Krank X is now available in the Essentials range.

The Krank’s unique shape features a very wide gape with a short, curved shank. However, the keep difference with this hook, is the offset point, massively increasing the hooking potential. Used almost exclusively by Tom and Spooner on their Spinner Rigs, this hook has counted for huge numbers of their captures over recent years.

Manufactured using our 'X' gauge wire, this version of the Krank X is extremely strong and durable, complemented by an unobtrusive black nickel finish. This hook is suitable for many fishing situations across the UK and Europe. The hook's point is sharp and durable and in many situations allowing you to catch multiple fish on the same hook – we always advise checking it after each fish and replace if necessary.
