Greys Fly - Tital Reel

The Greys Tital Fly Reel is the latest flagship fly reel in the greys fly reel range offering outstanding performance and is a must have addition to your fly fishing gear!

This new Greys Fly Reel has been fully constructed in bar stock aluminium and has been fitted with either a freshwater or saltwater sealed carbon disc drag system. The 3/4 and 5/6 Fly reel in this range have a freshwater sealed disc drag system whereas the 7/8 and 9/10 fly reel has been designed by Greys with the corrosion resistant saltwater sealed drag system, but these two reels can be used in either freshwater or saltwater. 

As part of the new Greys fly reel design concept, it shares many design traits with the other reels in the range, including a stunning large arbour design, simple secure spool release, high level manufacturing and finishing techniques, and high performance drag system combined with the increased impact resistance of full barstock construction.

Greys have designed this reel to look ultra-slick on the bank and they have utilised an open, complex design structure to the fly reel which helps shave any unnecessary weight on this fly reel. A design aspect of this fly fishing reel that's a bit different than many others is the full-frame "caged" design. This extra structure has been implemented to increase the strength and durability of the reel and as an added benefit will also prevent your fly line from sneaking between the frame and spool.

Greys Tital #3/4 Fly Reel  is ideal for small river rods around 8ft. Offering the perfect balance, when fishing with lightweight fly lines for species such as trout and grayling.

Greys Tital #5/6 Fly Reel is the perfect choice for the angler who fishes slightly larger rivers for trout, with rods of around 9ft, but also has sufficent backing capacity for small stillwaters, where larger rainbow trout may be present.

Greys Tital #7/8 Fly Reel will be the choice of larger river anglers, fishing sea-trout or salmon with single handed fly fishing rods, or larger stillwater & reservoir anglers looking for trout or pike, who want a great looking, quality reel.
