Collect in store is free for any size order, we will have your order picked and in our shop ready for your arrival*

Our store is located in Ongar, Essex CM50TB

Our opening times are:
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Saturday 8am–4pm
Sunday 9am–3pm

All orders will be sorted a maximum of 7 days, if they are not collected within this time the order will be cancelled and refunded.

*please allow at least 2 hour after ordering so we can pick your item(s). Store opening hours apply.
**With bait boat orders where a fish finder / GPS is added, please provide a contact number so our team can call you once ready, as these will sometimes require longer but will be processed as quickly as possible.

Terms & Conditions
You are responsible for using TFT Xtra in accordance with the terms and conditions. Any breach will result in termination of your membership and no refund will be given. Total Fishing Tackle reserves the right to accept or refuse membership and to change any terms and conditions at its discretion. Total Fishing Tackle will inform you of any significant changes to these terms and conditions. All other applicable Total Fishing Tackle terms and conditions apply.

Delay outside of our control - Total Fishing Tackle will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond Total Fishing Tackle’s reasonable control.

FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY - FREE Delivery will be dispatched on a 2-3 working day delivery service and applies to all UK mainland orders over £30.

All Orders placed over a weekend or a bank holiday will be processed and sent the next available working day. This includes all bank holiday Mondays, and Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years and Easter Weekend.

Please note our couriers only deliver on working days so all orders dispatched on a Friday should be delivered the following week within the 2-3 working days quoted above. Our couriers deliver between 7am and 7pm.

For Saturday Delivery these must be placed before 11am on the Friday prior to delivery. The Saturday Delivery option must be selected and paid for on checkout.

Once orders are shipped, and a tracking number sent, please note we cannot change or amend delivery or shipping address.

Please be advised that there may be delays in unforseen circumstances with us or the courier


All Next Day orders (regardless of size) placed before 11am will be dispatched that same working day.

All orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed after 11am Friday will be processed the next working day, which will be a Monday (in the exception of a bank holiday in which case this will be a Tuesday)

Please note: If there is a pre-order or backorder item on your order this may delay the shipping date. Our customer service team will be in touch in this instance to arrange despatch with you.


All tracked orders will be provided with a unique tracking number allowing you to track your parcel, this will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

A signature is required upon delivery, if no one is available a calling card will be left, and the parcel taken to the local depot. The recipient of the parcel must then contact the depot as soon as possible to arrange re-delivery or collection.


The contents of your order should be checked immediately after delivery. Please contact us straight away if there are any problems, make sure you either check the contents whilst the carrier is present or sign unchecked. Identify any damaged boxes to the courier and insist that a note be made of any such damage on the docket before the courier leaves.
