Order complete means that we have received your order, this means all of your items on that order have been dispatched. A further email will follow, this is your dispatch notification which will have your tracking number(s) for the chosen courier.

Please return any unwanted and unused items to the address found on our returns form within 30 days of receipt. Please note: We do not offer a returns postage cost refund on any unwanted returns. If you have received faulty or incorrect goods please contact us before returning your item. .

Free Standard Delivery on orders over £30 UK Standard delivery (2 - 3 days) - £5 UK Next day delivery - £10 UK Next day delivery before 12pm - £10 UK Saturday delivery - £25 Non Mainland UK delivery - £15 Free EU Delivery on orders over £500 EU Standard Delivery - £7 EU Express Delivery - £15 Orders placed before 9am will be dispatched the same working day, all orders placed after 9am will be dispatched the next working day, orders placed after 9am on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Please note our couriers only deliver on working days so all orders dispatched on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Our couriers deliver between 7am and 7pm.
