FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY
Free Standard Delivery will be dispatched on a 2 - 3 working day delivery service and applies to all UK mainland orders over £25.
All orders placed during a weekend or bank holiday will be processed on the next available working day. This includes all bank holiday Mondays, Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, and Easter weekend.
Please Note: Our couriers only deliver during working days so all orders dispatched on a Friday should be delivered the following week within 2 - 3 working days as quoted above. Our couriers deliver 7am - 7pm.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Next Day Delivery orders (regardless of size) placed before 11am will be dispatched that same working day.
Next Day Delivery orders (regardless of size) placed after 11am will be dispatched the next working day.
Next Day Delivery orders (regardless of size) placed after 11am on Friday will be processed on Monday (except for a bank holiday in which case this will be a Tuesday).
Please Note: Our couriers are not active during weekends so your order will not be picked up until Monday and delivered until Tuesday.
Please Note: If there is a preorder item on your order, this may delay the shipping date. Please check your confirmation email and if you have placed a preorder you will need to contact our Customer Service team directly to authorise a partial dispatch of your order. Our contact email address is [email protected]. If you do not contact us then we will send the full order altogether when the preorder item arrives in stock. We do everything possible to make sure that our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible but we have very little control over when the parcel is delivered once it is in the hands of the courier.

To be entitled to a full refund or exchange, we must have received the returned item in unused condition in the original packaging within 30 days of you taking delivery. If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (except for faulty or damaged products) we reserve the right not to process your return.
When returning products, please use the My Returns section of the My Account page to start the return. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible to accept the return. You will be sent a returns form by one of our Customer Service team members when the case has been accepted.
Please make sure you select the correct reasons/actions. Incorrect details where we have covered shipping on a case that should have been the buyers' responsibility will result in shipping costs being deducted from the refund amount.
To be entitled to a full refund or exchange, we must have received the returned product(s) within 30 days of you receiving delivery.
Please Note: All products returned without a returns form or enclosed sufficient information, will not be processed. If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (except for faulty or damaged products) we reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full. This does not affect your statutory rights. We may instead return your purchase to you. Before sending it, you will be charged the delivery fee applicable to the products and your location.
