Coronavirus Update

We are pleased to announce that our warehouse and offices are remaining open with strict social distancing measures and cleaning practices in place for our staff to ensure their safety.

 

Contacting us

Our customer service team are working hard to answer all your questions and queries as quickly as possible. While we are doing our very best to limit the impact of delays on our customers, there may be longer waiting times for our customer service team to get back to all your emails. If you have any questions, which are not answered by our FAQs, please use the contact form on our website or emails us info@totalfishingtackle.com and our team will get back to you as soon as they can. All emails are replied to in time order, so no one is prioritised or ignored.

 

Our phone lines are now permanently closed, allowing us to reply to deal with customers more efficiently. We are developing ways in which you can contact us, and the new ways will be coming in shortly. If you do need someone to call you, please contact through email with your contact details and a reason for the call.

 

Our Shop

Following the governments guidelines, we will be closing the shop as of Thursday 5th November, and will be reopening in December following the governments advice. During this time, we will still be offering Click and Collect, to do this you will need to place your order by emailing info@totalfishingtackle.com with all the products you would like to purchase. All click and collect orders will need to be paid for prior to collection, this can be through PayPal invoice or we can call you to take card payment over the phone.

Online Orders

We are continuing to dispatch all orders as usual throughout this second lockdown, unless otherwise instructed by the government.

 

While our warehouse are doing their best to get everyone’s orders dispatched as soon as we can, we are also expecting there to be some delays with our couriers, however we are working closely with them to reduce this. Our warehouse team will be working longer hours during our busiest periods to reduce any delays from our dispatch, however due to the social distancing measures in place there may be a 1-2 working day delay from dispatch around the black Friday and Christmas period.

 

Please be rest assured we are doing everything we can to full fill all you orders and queries and we want to take this moment to thank you for all your custom and patience with us during the crazy time of lockdown!
