Coronavirus Update

All phone lines will be closed from Friday 27th March until further notice. However emails will be responded to but may be delayed due to a minimal amount of skeleton staff working from home. If you need us our email address is info@totalfishingtackle.com

You can still order via our website and will be dispatching but please expect a delay as again, we are working only with a handful of family staff at different shift patterns. Currently no parcels are being processed to Spain, Italy, Czech and some regions in France.

All customer returns will not be processed until the business gets back to normal operation, and our returns period will be extended to 3 months instead of 30 days from the day of delivery.

Again we would like to ask our customers to follow the guidelines, and keep yourselves, family and friends safe. We all appreciate your cooperation.

We would like to take this opportunity to reach out and hope that you, your co-workers and your families are all staying safe and well. We would like to reassure you that we have taken precautionary measures within our offices and warehouse to maximise the safety of our staff and remind you that it is very much business as usual at the Total Fishing Tackle HQ: all the time that the couriers are active, we will continue to pick, pack and deliver in a timely fashion.

It must be stressed that the recreational angling industry can continue to thrive all the time that manufacturers, distributors and retailers continue to follow a sensible strategy to move forwards in uncertain times – after all, where better for our customers to practise social distancing than at the waterside?

The customer service team is working hard to answer all calls and emails in our usual response times but you may experience longer than usual wait times over the phone as we take precautions to keep our staff safe during the outbreak in the UK.
