Trakker - Armo Mkll 1 Man Bivvy

Trakker set about the task of improving what is regarded by thousands of anglers as the best bivvy ever. Not an easy task, but after months and months of development, we are extremely proud to announce the launch of the Armo II bivvy. The Armo II is manufactured using a ground breaking material ‘Aquatexx’ which has been developed over a period of 18 months by Trakker’s leading bivvy designer, Chris Manifold, who has worked very closely with a leading British Manufacturer to produce what is surely the ultimate in bivvy/brolly material. Aquatexx is not only approximately 40% stronger than conventional nylon fabrics, but its ability not to expand or contract in varying weather conditions results in a more stable shelter without the constant need for repegging to ensure fabric tension- a major breakthrough ! A porch feature has also been added to help prevent water dripping onto the grounsheet when anglers are fishing with the door open. On the surface, the bivvy looks like a normal MkII Armo, but once you take a look inside you will see a separate lining which is cleverly engineered to hook on to the outer shell of the ArmoDome. This inner shell is manufactured from a breathable fabric with a mesh door and lightweight sewn in groundsheet that will not allow insects and rodents into the living area of the bivvy.
